Looking for an affordable meeting room in Copenhagen? Go Hotel Østerport offers a bright and spacious meeting room close to Østerport Station. The room is equipped with a functional long table with built-in power outlets, as well as a projector, whiteboard, and flipchart. It is suitable for meetings, workshops, and small conferences with space for up to 25 people.

The meeting and boardroom features two private restrooms and direct access to outdoor areas, allowing for refreshing breaks during the day. Additionally, guests have access to six smaller lounges, which are shared spaces that can be used freely.

On this page, you can book the meeting room online up to 24 hours before arrival, with the option to add coffee, tea, and water. For groups of more than 10 people, or if you wish to book one of our budget-friendly meeting packages that include catering and service throughout the day, bookings must be made via the reception.

Catering during the meeting
If you would like lunch, dinner, or light refreshments such as fresh fruit and pastries during the meeting, these must be ordered at least three days in advance.
