No. All Go Hotels enforce a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas. Smoking will result in a fee of 2,000 DKK, which must be paid at the front desk immediately.

By car, the trip from the airport takes about 30 minutes. You can also take a regional train from the airport to Østerport Station. The trip takes about 25 minutes.

By S-train and car, it takes about 10 minutes from Østerport Station to Copenhagen Central Station.

Østre Anlæg and Kastellet are both just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. These two green oases are definitely worth a visit during your stay.

Dogs are allowed with advance booking and a surcharge of 275 kr. per dog per room. Dogs must weigh no more than 12 kg. There are a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, so please contact the front desk to check for availability.

Parking is available behind Go Hotel Østerport. The entrance to the parking lot is on Øster Voldgade. Please note that there are a limited number of parking spaces and that advance reservations are not possible. Parking costs 200 DKK per day.

The fitness center is located on the ground floor and is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Please note that, unfortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator, and there are a few flights of stairs, which may make it difficult to get around in a wheelchair or similar device.
