Yes, this service is free of charge. If you would like your room cleaned during your stay, please notify the front desk by 10 p.m. the day before.

No. All Go Hotels enforce a strict no-smoking policy in all rooms and public areas. Smoking will result in a fee of 2,000 DKK, which must be paid at the front desk immediately.

From Copenhagen Airport, it takes only 16 minutes to reach Copenhagen Central Station by regional train. Trains run 24 hours a day. If you have a lot of luggage, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. The fare is approximately 325 DKK by taxi.

Go Hotel Saga is located in the heart of Copenhagen, just a 150-meter walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Our front desk team is available to answer any questions you may have. We also have city maps and brochures about activities and attractions in Copenhagen.

The Metro and Copenhagen Central Station are located near the hotel, providing connections to Kgs. Nytorv, Nyhavn, and Copenhagen Airport. Taxis can be arranged at the front desk, or you can call the local taxi company directly at +45 3251 5151.

Enghave Park and Kongens Have are both within walking distance of the hotel. In addition, Søndermarken and Frederiksberg Garden are about a 3-minute walk from Go Hotel Saga.

You can withdraw cash right across from the hotel, or at Copenhagen Central Station, 150 meters from the hotel. If you need to exchange currency, we recommend Forex at Copenhagen Central Station.

Svanemøllen Beach is 6.5 km away and Amager Beach Park is 8 km from the hotel, but you can also try the popular Copenhagen harbor baths, which are within walking distance of Go Hotel Saga.

Please note that Go Hotel Saga does not have an elevator. Access is via stairs, and the hotel has rooms up to the 4th floor.
